Concept Techniki SA was founded in 2000 as a limited partnership and became a Société Anonyme in 2009. From our headquarters in Heraklion, Crete, we develop, implement and manage challenging projects for private and public clients, with a focus on renewable energy, industry and tourism.
Since 2004 the company has specialised vertically, integrating high end engineering, consulting, development, contracting, EPC and facility management under one roof. We work with transparent, thorough documentation for every project, which reduces risk and maximises the feasibility of each investment.

Before any EPC quotation, qualified engineers visit the site with professional equipment and prepare a thorough documentation and evaluation report, so that implementation runs as smoothly as possible.
Operation, monitoring and facility management
Through Solarig Hellas SA, a joint venture established in 2007 with the international Solarig group, we combine global O&M capacity with in depth knowledge of the Greek renewables market.
The team services ground mounted utility scale plants, fixed and tracking systems, CPV, thin film and crystalline panels, central and string inverters, large rooftops and BIPV, as well as off grid installations. A dedicated control and analysis centre coordinates monitoring, security and production for every operating plant.

A dedicated R&D unit led by five PhD holders, with 6% to 9% of annual revenue invested in research, through client assignments, national and European consortia and internal initiatives.

Our EPC projects, including those of our subsidiaries, are certified to the European standard EN 62446. Internal processes run on our own paperless management platform, while O&M is managed through a dedicated monitoring platform and CRM, keeping every action on a real time log.
